The Role of the Founding Board

From January 2006 to March 2010, the Founding Board led the grassroots effort to develop the concept of a charter school into a complete business plan and Charter Petition.  This included securing planning grants, engaging volunteers as well as consultants to assist with developing the charter application, and developing the implementation plan for the roll-out of The Intown Academy.
