
This encompasses curriculum, instruction, and appropriate assessment for each core subject area as well as cultural awareness, character education, technology, health, physical education, nutrition, social services, foreign language and fine arts.

The mission and philosophy of the Intown Academy supports the basic tenet that all children want to learn and can learn at high levels, given a stimulating, learner-centered environment rich in its emphasis on skills and knowledge to ensure success in the 21st century.
The curriculum at the Intown Academy will have a communications theme at its core to teach our children that a story can be told in a number of ways through various forms of self and collective expression such as music and art; math, science and technology; finance and business; and environmental planning.
